Shape Up Nashville is a community initiative that was created for the citizens
of Nashville. In the November 2003 issue of Men’s Health Magazine,
Nashville is the 69th unhealthiest city in a list of 101 cities in
the United States.
We have created Shape Up Nashville as a fun, participatory way to
educate and inspire the community into living more prosperous, healthier
lifestyles.
Shape Up Nashville was launched in 2004 by Nature’s Youth and
WTN Talk Radio/ Cumulus Media. Shape Up Nashville 2004 focused solely
on health and fitness and was a great success. This year (Shape Up
Nashville 2005) we have broadened our focus to include shaping up
in all areas of your life such as shaping up your finances, your home,
your state of mind or your health.
When Does It Start?
The official launch of Shape Up Nashville is Feb.
19th, 2005 at the Opry Mills Mall from 12-2pm
How Does It Work?
To participate in Shape Up Nashville you will complete a registration
form and you will receive a WTN Key Tag, this key tag can then be
used to receive special offers and discounts from our sponsors.
Shape Up Nashville will be announcing the locations for Shape Up
Nashville registration.
